What is the Canopy Crew?

Rahua's Canopy Crew is not only a rewards program but a way for us to thank you for being part of our community. Every time you shop, you earn points that can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, and exclusive perks.

How do I join?

Simply create an account on our website for free or sign up at checkout! You’ll be automatically enrolled in the program.

How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you shop, you receive 5 points for every $1 spent (before taxes and shipping). We also offer bonus points for simple actions like following us on our socials, community-focused activities like reading about Rahua and our mission or snapping a pic of how you recycle your bottles!

How can I check my points balance?

To check your points balance, make sure to log into your Rahua account. Click the rewards link in the navigation and your Canopy Crew dashboard will pop up on the left. 

How do I redeem points?

Go to your Canopy Crew dashboard by clicking the rewards link in the navigation - make sure you’re logged into your Rahua account! Under the “redeem” tab, there will be a list of redeemable rewards and a slider that allows you to convert your points into a custom discount.

For every 100 points, you can redeem $1 off so, for example, if you have 500 points in your account, you can redeem it for a $5 off discount.

Do points expire?

Yes! Points expire 1 year after they are earned and do not roll over to the following year.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No, the more you shop, the more you earn. There’s no cap on points!

Do I earn points on every purchase?

You’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent on all qualifying purchases, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points are non-transferable and tied to your account!

Are there different membership levels?

Yes! You unlock the next tiers as you earn more points on the Canopy Crew. Here are our tiers:

Rooted: 0 to 1,499 points

Nourished: 1,500 points to 4,999 points

Flourished: 5,000 points or more
