Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

U.S. ORDERS

  • Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 

  • Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday. 

  • Your package will arrive within 1-2 days after it leaves our warehouse for East Coast orders and within 3-5 days for West Coast orders. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays, holiday weekends, and because of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • For faster delivery, please select UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services. Please note, express shipping is effective from when the order leaves our warehouse, and not from when your order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is en route.

  • P.O. Boxes We are only able to ship to P.O. boxes through USPS shipping services, so please do not select UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services for your order.

    CANADA ORDERS

    • Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

    • Please note that it takes 5-7 days for the tracking number to reflect and start showing shipment activity.

    • Your package will arrive within 10-12 calendar days depending on the destination. These times can be extended due to customs procedures.

      RETURNS

      US & CANADA

      • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.com, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping charges and taxes when applicable.

      • Rahua reserves the right to prevent fraudulent activity. Any purchase that you are not satisfied with should have approximately 75% or more of the product remaining within the container to be eligible for a refund.
      • Please note that all travel and mini size products are not eligible for returns.
         
      • Any products not purchased on Rahua.com should be returned to the original point of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for purchase. 

      • To return an item, please click HERE and follow the steps of the online portal. You will be emailed a return label. Please note that there is a $9.50 return fee per order, which covers the costs of return shipping. 

      • Once you receive your return label, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and drop off at your nearest UPS location. 

      • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

      • Rahua is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.

      • If you are returning an item because it is proven to be damaged or defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label for your shipment and waive the return fee. Please include photos in your email to customercare@rahua.com.

      • If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

      • If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at customercare@rahua.com. 

      • We cannot guarantee cancellation or updated shipping addresses on any orders.

      The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties.       To opt out please send an email customercare@rahua.com. When request is properly processed we will no longer collect or sell your personal information.
