SHIPPING

Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.

Your package will arrive within 1-2 days after it leaves our warehouse for east coast orders and within 5-7 days for west coast orders. There may be a delay in shipping to HI, AK, PO Box and APO addresses. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays, holiday weekends, and because of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to our warehouse’s quick processing times and our customer service business hours (9am - 5pm EST), we are unable to make changes to orders or shipping addresses after the order has been placed. Please ensure that all order information is correct before checking out.

CANADA ORDERS

Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please note that it takes 5-7 days for the tracking number to reflect and start showing shipment activity.

Your package will arrive within 10-12 calendar days depending on the destination. These times can be extended due to customs procedures.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less the $9.50 return label fee.

Rahua reserves the right to prevent fraudulent activity. Any purchase that you are not satisfied with should have approximately 75% or more of the product remaining within the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for purchase unless chosen otherwise at the last step of your return request.

Please note, all travel and mini size products are not eligible for returns.

We cannot refund or replace any products and orders made through other sites and retailers, please contact the original point of purchase for any order issues. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for purchase.

To return an item, please click HERE and follow the steps of the online portal. You will be given a return label. Please note that there is a $9.50 return label fee per order, which covers the costs of return shipping.

Once you receive your return label, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and drop off at your nearest post office. Please return your package within 30 days, return requests will be canceled and rejected if they are not returned within this time period.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Rahua is not responsible for returning items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is proven to be damaged or defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, please contact us at customercare@rahua.com. Please include any relevant product photos and your order number. If there are no photos of the damaged products included, we are unable to refund you.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES
