Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.com, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping charges and taxes when applicable.

Rahua reserves the right to prevent fraudulent activity. Any purchase that you are not satisfied with should have approximately 75% or more of the product remaining within the container to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that all travel and mini size products are not eligible for returns.

Any products not purchased on Rahua.com should be returned to the original point of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for purchase. 

To return an item, please click HERE and follow the steps of the online portal. You will be emailed a return label. Please note that there is a $9.50 return fee per order, which covers the costs of return shipping. 

  • Once you receive your return label, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and drop off at your nearest UPS location. 

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

  • Rahua is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.

CANADIAN RETURNS:

To return an item, please contact us at customercare@rahua.com. with your order number and what you want to return. Once we have confirmed your return, repack the item in its original packaging if possible, and ship to:

If you are returning an item because it is proven to be damaged or defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label for your shipment and waive the return fee. Please include photos in your email to customercare@rahua.com.
