How to use

After shampooing, apply a small amount from mid-lengths to ends, using less for fine hair. Leave in for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For co-washing, massage a generous amount into wet hair and scalp, then rinse well. Ideal for alternating with Classic Shampoo to maintain volume between washes.

    A bit hard to dispense!

    I would recommend just cutting a corner off of the bag and dispensing into the bottle like a piping bag - otherwise its a big mess. I do also wonder if the refill packaging is any better than the plastic bottle? It is a bit less plastic I suppose~ The conditioner itself is amazing though so I will probably repurchase again but maybe in a different package.

    Love the product, hate the refill packaging

    I’m a huge fan of this shampoo and conditioner (it immediately thickens my hair and enhances any little bit of wave I’ve got!), but the refill packaging is tough to work with… especially with the conditioner. I ended up cutting a slit at the corner of my second bag so I could squeeze it out like frosting, but sadly I ended up wasting a lot of product before I figured that out. Would totally buy again if the bags came with some sort of attachment/funnel to make the transfer smoother, but for now—stick with the bottles if you want to avoid a mess.
