Yes! No need to worry, it's the same Classic Shampoo and Conditioner as before.

When we refreshed our look and logo back in April 2025, we carefully crafted every detail to honor our heritage and mission of preserving the Amazon rainforest while ensuring Rahua remains relevant and impactful for generations to come.

As a natural next step, we tackled how we display our products to the world. The unveiling of Rahua's updated packaging marks the beginning of a new era. This evolution showcases Rahua in a new light allowing more of the world to discover transformative plant forward beauty experiences.

It’s still the same beloved products you know and love, just with a new look.

Does Rahua® use parabens in the products? Sulfates? Silicones? Phthalates?

Rahua is paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free and phthalate-free! Our formulas use plant-powered surfactants that are gentle on the skin and scalp while still cleansing thoroughly. You may not see an immediate voluminous lather with natural shampoos. Our shampoos do their job by clinging to oil and dirt and sliding away with the flow of water. 

What scent is the Classic Shampoo and Conditioner?

The scent of the Classic Shampoo and Conditioner is woody and earthy with notes of palo santo oil and rahua oil.

I have a sensitive scalp, can I still use Rahua®?

Like anyone with reactive allergies or sensitivities, we recommend that you perform a patch test before using any of our products or consulting a medical professional if you are especially sensitive. Can I use Rahua® hair care daily?

Absolutely! Rahua products are consciously formulated to be gentle enough for daily use but powerful enough to cleanse, nourish, and protect your strands and scalp.

Can I use the Classic Conditioner if I have fine hair?

While the Classic Conditioner is a thicker, more nourishing and hydrating formula, it is gentle on finer hair types. However, everyone is different and we always recommend a patch test just to be safe!

    Classic Conditioner Rahua

    A good conditioner for a very sensitive scalp, at least in my experience and based on my tolerance. It hydrates the hair well, but I need to use it together with the Hydrating Mask, as it is not moisturizing enough on its own for my dyed ends. It doesn’t make my hair get greasy any faster than usual, and it doesn’t weigh it down. I’ve attached a photo of my hair after using the Rahua Classic Shampoo together with the Rahua Hydration Mask. (and before washing it, shea butter)
