ABOUT OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
- Subscribe to your favorite Rahua products and save 10% on every subscription order.
- You can select your desired frequency of shipments: every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months.
- Skip, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time using the portal.
- You can subscribe to multiple items at a time. All subscriptions will be managed in the same place under your profile.
- Depending on the frequency you've selected, your card will be charged as soon as your product is ready to ship either 1, 2, 3 or 4 months after you've purchased the subscription. You'll receive an email notification 3 days before we ship out your next order, at which point you will be able to update your preferences if desired. You can also edit your next shipment date by logging into your subscription account.
- All subscription products will automatically apply a 10% discount at both the initial point of purchase and for every follow up shipment. If you would like to apply a discount code at checkout to an order that includes one-time products, the discount will only be applied to the non-subscription items in your cart.
- While we do our best to keep every product in stock, there may be instances where we run out of inventory. In these cases, we'll notify you ahead of time to let you know that your upcoming delivery is on hold. You will not be charged until we are ready to ship your product.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order ships, by contacting customercare@rahua.com or adjusting your preferences here.
